Fausto At The Cac - Cincinnati

I have never eaten here before but was excited to try it so I ordered a sandwich for delivery. I got the steak sandwich and a cookie. This sandwich was absolutely delightful!! I have not had a sandwich this damn good in a long time. The bread wasperfectly cooked, crunchy and soft! The flavors were incredible and didn?t feel like anything over powered anything else. It waskinda messy to eat which means you know it?s full of good stuff. I genuinely don?t know if I can even eat a sandwich at pennystation or jersey mikes ever again? (Also the cookie was good af)

My husband and I planned a small (30 people) impromptu wedding in about 1 month. Following the ceremony, we had a 5 course dinner celebration with wine pairings at Fausto. We could not be happier with how the dinner went! First, Tony and Austin werethe best to work with ? they were easygoing and professional from the start and their communication throughout the planningprocess was fantastic. They allowed us to bring in our own table decor and printables which they setup for us, however theydid offer the option to take care of decor/printables for us. The night was exactly what we envisioned. We had a blast andeverything from the setup to intimate setting, service, presentation, and meal was absolutely delightful. The food wasah mazing and the wine pairings were perfect. Tony, Austin, and the rest of the Fausto staff made us and our guests feelwelcome. You can tell they really love what they do. 10/10!

Beautiful cafe at the entrance of Contemporary Art Center. Friendly staffs and good service. I had buckwheat grain salad, so gorgeous, also healthy and tasty, with a good balance of flavor and texture. The cafe gets full quickly at lunch time so go alittle early if you want to avoid the crowd.

Ordered the smoked charred beet salad with chicken and was not disappointed! It's a smokey umami bomb, with nutty flavours interplaying with the smokey-ness of the beets and a plethora of textures experienced with each bite. I would recommend tryingthis even as is (sans protein). My sincere compliments to the chef ??
