Rarely do I leave reviews for a place like Dunkin, but this particular location has the friendliest staff! There’s nothing special about the coffee or food of this particular location a Dunkin is a Dunkin. But the people here all seem to get along with each other and have genuinely kind and thoughtful interactions with their customers. Their positive attitudes put me in a good mood in the morning. I requested that my orders be bagged separately since they were for different individuals in different departments, but this isn’t the first time it's been mixed up. I didn't think I was asking for much given the prices charged. View all feedback.

The introduction of coconut milk and oat milk has made it possible for me to enjoy coffee there again! While I'm not lactose intolerant (as I can handle cow sugars), I cannot have cow proteins, so this has been extremely beneficial for me!

A big shout-out to Dante and the wonderful team at Dunkin' Donuts! Yesterday, I accidentally left my debit card on the counter and didn't realize it until later. When I returned this morning, I was worried it would be lost for good and that I'd have to deal with the hassle of replacing it. But what a relief it was to be greeted with a warm smile and to find out they had found my card and kept it safe for me. Thank you so much, Dante! I truly appreciate it. I love my Dunkin'!

Slow, slow, slow. Not sure they know how hard you have ordered in the kitchen. Plan ahead. Or just don’t go.

The manager approached me and loudly declared that I needed to make a purchase in order to sit there. I explained that I intended to buy something but was just waiting a moment. After I made my purchase, I returned to my seat to enjoy my sausage, cheese, and egg wrap along with my coffee. It was the manner in which the manager spoke to me that was troubling; he raised his voice so that everyone in the store could hear. This was not the level of customer service I expected from Dunkin'. I've since returned to the same store several times and have not had any further issues with this manager. However, a few days ago, I noticed him approach an African American man who was sitting at a table, asleep and without any food or drink. The manager spoke to him in a lowered voice, telling him he needed to stay awake if he was going to remain in the restaurant. He did not ask the man to leave or to make a purchase.

The morning coffee was great, the pastry was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding.
