In contrast, every other location I've visited was always more than willing to assist.

This time I checked before I pulled away and said something and I was treated like the a**hole and the order wasn't corrected.

I h... read more I go to Dunkin every single day and have ordered the same drink for years. This location is the only one near my worksite and every lunch break I stop here. I have no issues when I go through the drive thru, the workers in the back are always nice. Each and every time I have went inside there is an older woman who works the front who is extremely rude. Today I knew my drink wasn 't made right (it looked like a cup of milk with ice) I nicely asked her if she could fix my drink and she rolled her eyes, yanked the drink from my hand and stated Do you work at dunkin or something because I know what I 'm doing here. I kindly wanted my drink fixed before heading back into work and wasting money. She took the exact drink and added what looked like a pump of syrup and handing me back the same drink that tasted like straight milk and had what looked like coffee grounds all in the bottom of cup. I have worked in customer service for years and understand it 's not always easy but there is no excuse for someone to be so rude each and every time you go inside for assistance. I was at work for two hours and hardly came out of the restroom. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
