Good location. Donuts/food/coffee were fresh. Employees were helpful and had a good attitude. Store was clean. Manager was very nice, walking around and talking to everyone. Will go back View all feedback.
What Amina Conroy doesn't like about Dunkin':
This is a standalone Duncan with plenty of parking. I went inside to pick up my coffee. I did it to go order and it was ready for me in a minute. The drive-through was very busy. Inside was clean there a number of tables. No employee was masked, but some of the customers were. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. View all feedback.
General manager is disastrous! I speak ugly and bad to my friend

I have been standing in here for about 10 mins. No one greeting when you come in. They just stair at you and walk away.
So this location sent out coupons via mail. Went once and used a couple no problem. Came a second time and employee said they had already been used?!? Ummm, how is that possible? When I used coupons the first time they took them. She refused to get manager and I was not going to pay full price when I received coupons for this location. Wanted to try this location because kenwood is awful. Well, I guess so is this one. Why send out coupons if you don’t let people use them?
