What Fatima Agboola doesn't like about Dunkin':
Acted like I was inconviencing them by asking for a straw, stating, there are already straws in your bag but here 's another one. There were two straws for three drinks in the bag. As well, a frozen coffee and a frozen hot chocolate look nothing alike, so why does my clearly labeled Frozen Coffee taste like chocolate and have no pumpkin spice in it? They always help me out and make sure my orders right and are always pleasant even when they are slammed I recommend this store.

Let me start out by saying that your employees are very friendly when you walk in and order, but it seems as if your employees focused more on the mobile orders and forget that they had customers in the store waiting.While I was there this morning, there was a gentleman in the store before I came in and after 10mins of me being in there he walked out, because none of your workers asked him what he was waiting on and he ended up with nothing. Even with my own order, I received my coffee, but had to wait more than 10 mins before I received my croissant. Even your drive thru is moving slow.
Not very good we ordered coffee got iced coffee and when we said we wanted regular the woman didn’t like it. They got us regular loaded with cream couldn’t even taste the pumpkin spice needless to say we won’t be back here….
Nice restaurant quick place to get a cup of coffee and a latte nice restaurant in the inside clean very respectful people
