Tyler deserves a million-dollar salary and control of the company! If that’s not an option, he definitely needs a management role and a significant raise. Acted like I was inconviencing them by asking for a straw, stating, there are already straws in your bag but here 's another one. There were two straws for three drinks in the bag. As well, a frozen coffee and a frozen hot chocolate look nothing alike, so why does my clearly labeled Frozen Coffee taste like chocolate and have no pumpkin spice in it? The wait for my food was quite long, and the service could have been better. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The original barista came back and asked, “What’s in this bag?” I held it up, but then they clarified, “No, not that one; the other bag.” I pointed to the other bagel, and finally, another barista handed me a bag containing my missing everything bagel. I took both bagels home and settled down, only to discover that I had one everything bagel with cream cheese and one everything bagel with some kind of sweet cream. While I’m not upset—having worked in food service myself, I know things can get mixed up—I can’t help but wish I had received my second bagel with cream cheese as intended.

I really wish I had taken a picture of those drinks! I usually go to Dunkin', but those were the best drinks I've ever had! Whenever I'm near there, I will definitely be stopping by. Thank you, team, for surpassing my expectations!
