The mozzarella sticks, which were supposed to be an appetizer, came out with everything else. The fries were scorching hot, the wings were cold but had good sauce, and the burger patties were thin and overcooked. The macaroni and cheese on the burger was dry and crispy. The mozzarella sticks were huge and had too much cheese inside. The marinara sauce was also disappointing as it was too thick to dip the sticks in. The owner seemed more interested in promoting a loyalty card program than in providing good service. They handed out cards but did not engage with the customers or ask about their experience. They did not even give us a stamp when they brought the bill. Overall, I was disappointed by the whole experience and do not plan to return. We left our cards on the table, feeling that our visit was not enjoyable.

The place had been open for a few weeks, but it seemed like they were still working out some kinks. The restaurant was small and seemed understaffed, with only a few servers, bartenders, a cook, and possibly a manager or owner. It was clear that they were not well-organized, which made things difficult for us as customers. It took a long time for someone to even greet us and take our drink order, and then they didn't have what we wanted. When we finally placed our food order, it took a while for it to come out, and even longer for our drinks. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins, and overall, the service was slow and disorganized. Despite all this, the food was good. It seemed like the staff lacked training and experience, which was disappointing. We were hoping for a great new spot in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, this wasn't it. Two stars for the decent food and one apologetic server.

When we arrived, the place loo... read more The experience was terrible due to multiple reasons, starting with the misleading photos on their website and social media pages. When we arrived, the place looked rundown and unkempt. The service was forgetful, the drinks were not up to standard, and the food was disappointing. The owner was unprofessional and argued about a discount certificate. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unhappy culinary experience. It is recommended to spend money elsewhere.

The restaurant had been open for several weeks, but it was clear they were still working out some issues. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of their roles, which made things awkward for us as customers. It took a long time for a server to greet us and take our drink order, and there were several delays throughout the meal. Despite the food being good, the overall experience was drawn out and uncomfortable. It seemed like the restaurant lacked proper planning and training for their staff. We were disappointed, as we had high hopes for a new spot in the neighborhood. We rate it two stars for the decent food and the server's attempts to make up for the lack of drinks.

The server was friendly, but she shouted from behind the bar to ask if we needed refills on our drinks instead of coming over to us. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but it turns out the other people there were friends or family, as they wandered around and stared at us. We ordered the $5 burgers special with fries, wings, and mozzarella sticks. The fries were piping hot, the wings were cold but had a good sauce, and the burger patties were overcooked and thin. The macaroni and cheese on the burger was dry and crumbly. The mozzarella sticks were oversized and filled with too much cheese, making them difficult to eat. The owner dropped off business cards for a loyalty program and then ignored us, failing to even stamp our card with our first visit. Overall, the lack of service and mediocre food left us with a bad impression and we won't be returning.

Firstly, if you look at their website...and their social media site (Facebook page) the pictures ARE NOT representative of the location. They are CLEARLY stock photos. You will not find that scenery there. Very deceptive and misleading, to begin with. That IS NOT how the place looks. Unfortunately, we didn 't find that out until we arrived. See for yourself, if you are skeptical of this review. No signage readily visible, and we almost didn 't find the place. It was very unkempt looked like a dive/hole in the wall, towels, cleaning supplies in a corner by the kitchen, and looked like they 'd been there for a while. There was a big DJ event that night, which was supposed to fill the place wall to wall , per the hostess, but the men 's urinal was out of order. Where would all these men go later? I was thinking, Are you serious? The hostess was nice enough, but forgetful. That negated the kindness for us. Ordered the draft beer, neither cold nor crisp. My companion felt that their soda was flat, as well. The jukebox was VERY lacking in selection. When the food DID come, it was lackluster, to say the least. The Mac N ' Cheese...their self proclaimed specialty...was forgotten on the first pass. Had to remind them twice. I should have taken the hint. When they finally got it to me, it tasted like old plaster. No kidding. And the wings were tasteless. The burger was sub standard. I 've made better at home. The owner ...looking very little like anything but...came up briefly to talk about us not finding satisfaction with the meal, and had his hand up his shirt during the entire conversation, like a teen thug. The only thing he was missing was a toothpick. Horrible. As we finished, mercifully, and presented a current and sanctioned discount certificate, the person taking the payment DIDN 'T EVEN TAKE IT OFF! And then started to argue with me, as if they didn 't understand the process. When I persisted, they took another look and admitted they made a mistake, but at that point, they charged my card for the entire amount, and conceded to give me the difference of the certificate in cash...which was ALL in singles. VERY cumbersome. Also NEVER apologized, and was talking to workers off and on while conducting our business, which is probably part of the reason she was distracted and messed up the transaction in the first place. All in all, a VERY, VERY disappointing and unfortunate dining experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I understand they are new, and they are going through growing pains, but there is such a thing as basic customer service, no matter you long you 've been open, and they are SORELY lacking in that department. DO NOT patronize this establishment . You will be better off spending your money elsewhere...ANY WHERE else...TRUST ME. You have been warned.
