The restored 1940s train took my husband and me on a nostalgic trip back to our childhood. Each car is impeccably clean and authentic to its time period. Our server was incredibly attentive and helpful. The food exceeded our expectations—the smoked primary cut was the best I've ever tasted. We only wish the three-hour journey lasted longer! We will definitely return. While it is a bit pricey, you really do get what you pay for, and in this case, the experience was well worth the cost. I recommend booking early, as seats fill up quickly.

They even offered us a chance to have a personalized cake for a small fee. The entire evening was unforgettable, and we’ve already made plans to come back in the summer. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience!

The dining cars were spotless, the service was excellent, and the food was among the best we've had in Cincinnati. It seems like Anchor Boy may be a bit misplaced or confused at times, if you catch my meaning.
