I paid $58 for a burrito with just three fillings and no salsas, fajita veggies, or lettuce. My husband’s bowl was smothered in sour cream, which he dislikes. They didn't offer a refund; instead, they only gave us more free products. This happens constantly! It's absolutely ridiculous!
0 stars. This is the most poorly ran Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. I like to give employees the benefit of the doubt in most situations but I ordered pickup for 7:50 and we are still waiting at 8:20 for our food. Not busy. Should cancel our online orders and go straight through the line but not sure of the logistics on that. I have no idea who the owner/ manager of this place is but he needs a **** reality check. This place is a joke.
