I got in line to order a burrito, but the employee told me that the tortilla press for in-person orders wasn't working and suggested I order online instead. Ironically, right behind him was a fully functioning tortilla press meant for online orders, which he refused to use. As a result, I was stuck waiting unnecessarily for about 15-20 minutes. It was honestly one of the most absurd and frustrating experiences I've ever had.
I highly recommend visiting a different location. This one is frequently out of stock on various items, and if you place a mobile order, expect to wait over 20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
