It's evident that there's a serious staffing problem here. Having some friendly staff would really enhance the dining experience. The tables are frequently dirty during lunch hours, and they didn't use tongs when preparing my salad. Moreover, it seems they are always out of certain items whenever I stop by. The food preparation area also doesn't appear to be cleaned properly. Even though I work nearby, I won't be returning to this location. Service: 1 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10-20 for dine-in.

But every time I seem to go they run ou... read more I don't come very often to Chipotle Mexican grill, but it is really a great place and I do like it and I truly enjoy it. But every time I seem to go they run out of lettuce. They run out of sour cream. They run out of this. They run out of that. You guys can't run to a food Depot or grocery store to get product. It's nothing worse than wanting something. Having your taste buds ready and then you don't have all the ingredients for someone to purchase. And then you still want people to pay full price for something that they don't have and sometimes people are coming in for dinner or on a lunch break or what not. Whatever the case may be and you don't have what they need and this is really gotten bad since after covid people running out of products and you guys can't go to the grocery store and grab extra products. It's just a question I'm curious but I love this place. The food's great. I've always gotten great service, never been to a Chipotle and had terrible service. So I'm asking respectfully, is it possible if Management can fix this situation and always have what we need as a customer like sour cream and lettuce? The ingredients are great, but if you're lacking on the ingredients then the meal isn't going to be that great for dinner or lunch.
