The person who prepared my bowl didn’t mention that there would be an extra charge for the sauce, and I ended up paying more than I expected. When I asked for my order to go, they also added on a tax that I wasn’t aware of, resulting in my bowl costing around $14 instead of the advertised $10.25. I don’t understand why my bowl was so expensive. The cashier was quite rude when I asked about the unexpected price; she was impatient and almost scolded me to leave. I've never had such an experience at any other Chipotle location. I definitely won’t be returning.

However, he responded by giving me twice as much and attempting to charge me for it. I explained that I only wanted a few extra pieces, but he quickly became annoyed and said, "Anything after that is double. Do you still want it or not?" A good customer service representative would have clarified if I wanted a double and mentioned that it would come with an additional charge. I've visited many Chipotle locations, and when customers ask for a few more pieces, they typically don’t get charged. The main issue was how the server spoke to me, and when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I then requested to speak to the manager, George Bogard, but he was just as rude. I explained my concerns about the server's behavior and asked for the server's name, but he again declined to share it, stating he doesn’t disclose employee names. Having worked in customer service myself, I know that staff are expected to provide their names. I had previously heard negative reviews about this Chipotle, and I regret not heeding that advice. I felt that the staff was unprofessional, rude, and possibly racist. I will not be returning to this location. As a loyal Chipotle customer, I’m disappointed, and they may have lost my business for good due to this unacceptable experience.

I can't understand how they struggle to accurately read the ingredients that customers request. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this location. This will be my final time ordering delivery from them. Just look at the difference between what I ordered and what I actually received. It's really frustrating.

The... read more I've lived near this Chipotle for around 15 years now and this is by far the worst service ever. It's been going downhill there for years now but holy cow. The person making my bowl didn't listen to a thing that was ordered and my bowl is extremely incomplete. The listening was terrible and the lady clearly didn't care what she put in the bowls. Don't go here if you can help it.
