But the young man working in the drive through window was so friendly it really stuck out to us. It really brightened up our night and left a good impressionon us. We will be visiting again!

The employees were pretty nice. We placed our order, pulled up to the window and paid. The employee at the window told us there would be a wait for our sandwich... read more The employees were pretty nice. We placed our order, pulled up to the window and paid. The employee at the window told us there would be a wait for our sandwiches and to pull up to the door, which is understandable as we wouldn't want to inconvenienceother customers. We waited about 15 minutes for them to bring out the food but they didn't have the drinks so we asked. Theemployee seemed really confused but we explained that we didn't get them at the window, so he went back and didn't return for atleast 5 more minutes. We understand that they are probably busy but the whole thing seemed a bit disorganized.

She first dismissed my complaint then went to the dispenser and slammed a few times and said there it is fixed. The problem is not the dispenser but the total lack of regard for customerservice. Oh yes did I mention that they forgot our meal as well. Don't think I will be going back.
