After I got my food I was going to ask for... read more Used the drive thru and ordered 2 Roast beef for $6. When I got to the window to pay the kid didn't even look at me. After I got my food I was going to ask for sauce but the kid already had his back turned and the window had shut. This is definitely some of the poorer service I've had from Arby's. Usually the employees are polite and ask you if you would like any sauce.

No customers at the counter, only a couple of cars in the drive thru, and I still stood there for over 5 minutes before someone finally came over and acted like... read more No customers at the counter, only a couple of cars in the drive thru, and I still stood there for over 5 minutes before someone finally came over and acted like I was inconveniencing them to take my order. I asked for 1 of the new burgers, and a combo meal. Another 5+ minutes later and they drop my bag on the counter and walk away. I had to ask for my cup for my drink. Then I looked in the bag and didn't get any fries. I looked at my receipt and noticed that he rang up 2 sandwiches and a drink, not the burger and combo meal I had requested. I will go out of my way to go to a different location next time.

The male manager owner was super outgoing funny and was able to interact with the staff very well.
