I just ordered one of the new shakes, and the staff member made it exactly how I wanted. I really appreciate the effort he put in!

I had stopped eating at Arby's because my food was never right, and when I spoke to a manager, she was very unprofessional. However, last night (10/31/22), I gave it another try, and the food was amazing! That Greek gyro was the best I've ever had in my life. My nephew TJ, who works there, made sure all my food was fresh—like fine dining quality!

The service was awful. I ordered two gyros and was told to park in front of the restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes with no sign of my order, I went inside and discovered they hadn’t even begun making my food. The staff were too busy chatting among themselves to pay attention, and the manager was rude. In the end, I had to ask for a refund.

The seating at Arby's was comfortable, though the table linens were noticeably wrinkled. It would have been better if the floors were vacuumed and the restrooms thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, holding a $100 deposit on customers' credit cards for small napkins seems unnecessary—no one is going to take them! Overall, the experience at Arby's could be enhanced, much like their menu.
