Slow service.. Rude customer service. Had me pulled up past the window for over 5 minutes waiting on potatoes. NO other customers here.. I just want. Y money back at this point. View all feedback.
Me and my wife wanted a quick meal before we went shopping at Walmart, and I ordered chicken nuggets and she ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, my nuggets were a bit over cooked but my wife's chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked it was half raw chicken, my wife is pregnant and immediately started vomiting, I went back to Wendy's to talk to the manger and she was in a bad mood as if it's my fault the chicken wasn't fully cooked, she grabbed the sandwich from me threw it away and said ok what do you want with such an attitude. At that point I wished I would of made a scene but I'm not that type of person, my wife no longer wanted to eat and so I just requested my money back. I feel like the manager had no sense of concern what so ever and just wanted me gone. She definitely needs better training on how to deal with issues like these and with customers. Never going back to this location again.
How you tell the drive thru customer to come in because order isn’t ready! Bring it out like every other restaurant does once it’s ready! Worst service
Intentionally charged me extra for no reason. Also , would not accept US currency.

This location closes half an hour early before their scheduled time.
