The manager here is fantastic, which is the main reason I keep coming back to this location. The coffee is excellent, and the sip club is really convenient. The deals available when you order through the tablet are quite tempting too!
The fat, black haired with glasses is a joke and should be terminated. I'll take her job! I should not be harassed and laughed by her for being a regular. I find it very odd how the employees like to seemingly stare and admire you to figure out how you look as if they have some very criminal ideas running in their heads!!! Bye bye Panera!
The person at the counter was neither helpful nor friendly, which was disappointing since it was my first visit. The $12 sandwich I received felt underwhelming and not worth the price. I won't be coming back.

I typically order the grilled cheese, and it's absolutely delicious! However, the rest of the menu is equally impressive, particularly the desserts. They strike the perfect balance—not too sweet and not too tart—making them just right for most people's taste.
