After about 25 minutes of waiting, one of the employees finally remembered the cash register and started to help the people in the other line. Thankfully, I was in the line that received assistance, but the wait was still excessively long because of the distraction caused by their conversations.

The manager was present but did nothing to intervene regarding the staff's behavior. I later contacted corporate, but to this day, I’m still waiting for a response from a supervisor or the owner. The coffee was made just the way I like it, and the cashier was incredibly friendly.
The staff open items with their mouths and serve them to customers, exposing them to germs.

I have had an affair with dunking, for more than 30 years. Only thing different. it 's time to make the donuts not as fresh as every hour on the hour .
Went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Line was to the door.. they had 2 lines but cashier was only helping one side. The other 2 girls were preparing the drinks and food but would be more focused on their conversation while shouting from one end tothe other. After about 25 minutes one girl reminded the cashier to make sure she helps people from the other line. Luckily I wason the line that was getting helped but the wait was still super long because of the focus being on their conversation. Thecashier was the only one focused on the customers. EDIT: been here a couple more times since the above date. It's been way muchbetter. Faster and they've been on it.
