Restaurant chosen because one of the only ones on our route to be open on November 1st, but also with the promise of their “homemade” presentation. Well I under... read more Restaurant chosen because one of the only ones on our route to be open on November 1st, but also with the promise of their “homemade” presentation. Well I understand doubly why the restaurant was full that day! Very pretty dishes, well prepared and cooked, with beautiful flavors (salmon lasagna, crozyflette which is a reinterpretation of tartiflette with these Savoyard pastas, pearly white fish with flavors slightly enhanced by the curry/coconut/ginger broth) . All at reasonable prices with pleasant and efficient service. A (very) good stopover in the pretty village of Chusclan. PS (and HS): avoid driving through the center of the village, otherwise you will end up in a cold sweat because the streets are so narrow! Park in the car park at the entrance to the village (directly on the right before crossing the bridge).
