We are sure about this concept... we had a nice evening, the location is impressive the food was great. But it feels more like frontal teaching, everyone looks... read more We are sure about this concept... we had a nice evening, the location is impressive the food was great. But it feels more like frontal teaching, everyone looks in one direction towards the charming English teacher who likes to talk. After a long email in advance with rules, you have to be on time first, otherwise the table threatens to go to other guests. Expectations were therefore very high! Once we arrived in the jungle, the first order of business was ‘waiting for the chef’ for an hour at the bar. The concept works, everyone orders drinks! The promising announcement: ‘Party every night’ unfortunately didn't materialise. It was frontal teaching including a communal break at the bar, of course! Unfortunately, neither the tense crew nor the music managed to create a good atmosphere. Nevertheless, the culinary journey worked. I wish the Thai chefs would tell us more about their local food. think about whether it wouldn't be better to serve fewer words and a few more warm courses instead. (Only the soup was lukewarm a pity) Nevertheless, thank you for a nice evening. It was different and varied! The second course was great, my favourite!

We were taken on a journey throughout Thailand and were able to find out which culinary highlights come from which region of the country and what makes them so special. Believe me, dear readers, you will never forget something like what you can experience at the gallery. The quality was impeccable, the hosts were more than charming and the location was authentic and cozy. Anyone who is willing to leave a little more money and gets a seat (make sure to reserve) will be talking about the Trust the Chef menu for a long, long time.
