Fabulous warm sourdough for lunch, unbelievable. Make a point to visit this great little bakery.

I was shown the sourdough lea... read more Soco is a breakthrough in Merida bread making. Their bread is excellent, top-notch quality, matching all the best European baking. I was shown the sourdough leaven for the next batch of bread. Unfortunately, at noon it was already gone and I had to settle for a pumpernickel, which was also excellent. The only downside is the high price but once in a while, it is worth having a feast.
