Both the bubbles and the risotto with scampi were amazing! Perhaps the best risotto I have ever had. My husband has the empanadas and house wine and was very happy as well. The vibe was felt very classy in the main square, and the service was excellent. We definitely want to come back

Rosa Sur 32 one of the finest restaurants I have been to in Merida and Mexico. It is a cozy and charming restaurant with a well curated menu of fresh delicious treats. Yummy options available for Vegans and Vegetarians. The seafood and meat lover will not be disappointed as well. The service, knowledge and the ability to accommodate me a person with dietary restrictions) of the staff is always greatly appreciated! The restaurant is open for Brunch, lunch and dinner. Good and friendly service, however a bit slow. The prices were great for the taste of the dishes and the size of the portions. The indoor seating was ok but it was nice to have a/c. Tasty cocktails. Loved the guacamole with longaniza. Beer pork ribs were delicious, the mashed potatoes were a bit dry though. The shrimp enchiladas were original and tasty. Nice chocolate and berries dessert. Overall, a good option for lunch or dinner in Merida.
