Mcdonald's - Chula Vista

Is McDonald's neglecting walk-in customers? It appears that most of the focus is on drive-thru orders. This is the third McDonald's I've visited recently where I've had to wave down an employee just to place my order at the counter.

I visited the restaurant at 6:30 PM on the 11th and witnessed an elderly gentleman enter, visibly frustrated because he had forgotten his Coke. He asked for new food since, after going home and returning, his meal was now cold. A Hispanic male employee, dressed in a black Under Armour jacket and wearing a gold chain, was quite rude, informing the man that while he could have his Coke, he would not be getting new food. After the elderly man continued to insist, another worker stepped in and offered to prepare new food for him because it was cold. However, the first worker returned and reprimanded the elderly man harshly, claiming there was no way he could have left without noticing that his Coke was missing. This was the most disrespectful treatment I've ever witnessed from a worker towards a customer who was simply trying to resolve a reasonable issue. While it’s understandable if they couldn’t provide him with new food, there’s absolutely no justification for being rude or criticizing a customer for not noticing a missing drink that was overlooked by the staff.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! We played Tic-tac-toe and enjoyed delicious milkshakes and French fries. I can't wait to return because it's such a wonderful place. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. The French fries and milkshakes my friend and I had were perfectly made—crispy and not soggy at all. Everything was just right!

McDonald's has lost his touch, I enjoy a cheese burger once in a while, but you can tale they focus more on quantity than quality.

Rude employees very dismisive. No bathroom service there was water coming from the bathroom floors very dirty there was flies everywhere. I really regret placing my 36 dollar order will not be coming here again.
