Mcdonald's Riccarton - Christchurch

This restaurant has a great advantage: it features a play area for children! The hamburgers and desserts are absolutely delicious as well. The place has a Maccafe, and I visit regularly! However, I’ve experienced issues—three out of five times, the kiosk failed to print the order number, which meant I had to go to the counter separately. I hope they can improve on that. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables could be better; I really want to enjoy my hamburgers at a clean table! Just wanted to share that! On a positive note, I tried putting a chocolate soft-serve ice cream cone into a tumbler, smashed it with a wooden spoon, and it tasted fantastic! I highly recommend giving that a try!

I had the McSpicy burger, and it certainly lives up to its name with a generous amount of seasoning. It's definitely one of the spicier burgers I've tried. However, the hot chips were a bit disappointing as they lacked any seasoning, not even salt. I had a brief wait of about five minutes, and my order was correct. The customer service seemed overwhelmed and didn't have time for even a smile, especially with the place packed and no clean spots to sit. I would consider going back for the drive-thru, but not to dine in. On a positive note, there appeared to be plenty of free parking available outside.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Riccarton with my son, and we were genuinely impressed by the dedication of a wonderful cleaner there. She works diligently to keep the playground area immaculate, always greeting guests with a friendly smile and kind words. Even amidst the busy environment, she promptly cleans the tables and is quick to respond to any customer inquiries. However, her contributions go beyond just cleanliness; she has a unique ability to connect with both parents and children, making everyone feel at home in the playground. Her warm and welcoming personality creates an inviting atmosphere that truly enhances our visits.

Pulled up in... Was soo hungry. Vibe was off. Literally felt like it was mercury retrograding. No cap. Food was good.. but meat patty gave me cow had a bad life vibe. Not too much salt on fries, damn they were good. Would have liked napkins tho! No napkins. As expected, cheese on the side of the box.

Everything was reasonably good except for the Toilets, not the cleanest of rooms and after using the toilet I had to transfer to the disabled cubicle to get some Toilet Paper.
