Dot Com Cafe - Christchurch

I had a late lunch at this restaurant last Sunday and I must say, they have the best coffee, which is very important to me. I was tempted to try all the cakes, but ended up choosing a delicious chicken salad. My husband ordered the Thai beef salad and absolutely loved it, while my daughter enjoyed a toasted sandwich. We have visited this place many times before and will definitely be back again.

After returning from Singapore 5 years ago, my family has been regular patrons of dot.com Cafe in Sumner. As locals, we have grown to love this cafe for its exceptional food and coffee. The gluten-free options are particularly impressive. The chef constantly introduces new and delicious dishes, ensuring each visit is a delightful culinary experience. The presentation of the food is always beautiful. Additionally, the coffee is top-notch and the staff are friendly and efficient. Despite facing challenges like the earthquakes, dot.com Cafe has remained a strong pillar in the community. We are grateful for their presence and excellent service. I am surprised that I am the first person to review this fantastic café. I suppose us regulars want to keep it from getting too crowded! I frequently visit Sumner to enjoy the beautiful beach and the welcoming vibe of this café. The coffee is excellent and the food is always delicious and presented beautifully. I have tried other places when Dot Com was busy, but they just don't compare.

Been to this cafe multiple times and it is easily a favourite of mine. The food is beautiful and fresh, the sweet selection is unique to other cafes and very yummy. I love that they use real chocolate on top of their drinks too Staff are always lovely and welcoming.

We had an enjoyable brunch at this cafe. Do look out for their delicious cakes at the counter waiting to be eaten.
