Denny’s - Christchurch

In the did one of these restaurants that they need to visit as it is worth for money, amazing service, extraordinary eating and restaurant is simply amazing. everyone will just be better.

I had a delightful dining experience at this spacious restaurant. The food was delicious, and they even offer doggy bags if you want to take leftovers home. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the generous gesture of a free birthday meal, as long as there is at least one paying guest. The restaurant is clean and roomy, and there's convenient parking right in front.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! Andie's service was exceptional, and the food was delicious; it brought back memories from when I worked there 24 years ago.

As soon as we were seated, we were asked if we wanted to place our order, even though we hadn't yet seen the menu. I had to request cutlery twice. We were inquired about dessert three times, and the last time, the used dessert plates were still on the table. Perhaps they were still getting the hang of things. It wasn't particularly busy during our visit.

Ordered the t-bone surf and turf with chips and salad. They delivered it with roast potatoes and asparagus which was actually really nice and I did enjoy it. The steak was cooked well I ordered medium rare but my only complaint would be that it came out in a cast iron hot plate which meant that the steak kept cooking so by the time I finished it it was pretty much well done. But still was a really nice steak. The service was fast and good and kept making their way back to your table to check if you needed alse lots so that is good. So all round a great experience for my first time at a Dennys. Thanks to the team.
