Burger King Moorhouse Ave

Not bad for a burger king, but we all know that BK food quality is already far downhill and is now a third class purchase. still this is better than the one on lincoln road.

Will not go again, the place was quiet and they only served 1 person after us and other people had their food, and yet we waited over 15min for our food. Then all our food was lukewarm we didn't send it back or complain which I would normally do as we were not sure how long we would wait for replacement or them to be heated up., my granddaughter had a thick shake which she said tasted odd. Only positive was it was a nice place to cool off in after being out in a 30deg day and drinks were cold.

Worst BK in Christchurch. I swear they deliberately endeavour to get your orders wrong. Also if I want cold fries I’ll eat them out of the freezer. Would not recommend ever buying from this store.

I find with Google asking me to review takeaway fast food franchises, it is a little strange. They do what they do well. The staff are usually friendly and helpful despite being paid minimum wage. It's not expected to be a fine dining experience. It's a quick meal when the munchies strike

Short staff, very disorganised, and poor customer service. Have to call out to get the staff’s attention.. food is served fresh though.
