The service at this restaurant is exceptional. The staff at the drive-thru were incredibly helpful, especially the gentleman who made a delicious milk-free latte for my daughter. The staff at the drive-thru kiosk were also very friendly and courteous. This experience took place on Wednesday, March 2nd at 8 o'clock, and we are very grateful to the friendly gentleman server. Very poor experience today, don't really like being lied to and is not very professional. I've been a gold member on Starbucks app for nearly 5 years and have never once been charged for syrups or milk alternatives or an extra shot; today however apparently that's suddenly changed and have been charged for those because it doesn't work on the app Just made an order to pick up to replicate what I ordered through throu... The coffee at this restaurant is simply delicious, and the cappuccino is absolutely brilliant! The atmosphere is also really cool.
Overall, the drinks at this restaurant are good and the service is consistently pleasant and attentive. There was one instance where a piece of glass was found in a cup, but it was promptly taken care of. The biggest downside is the drive-thru service. Customers who walk in often have to wait up to 10 minutes for their drink, as drive-thru customers seem to be prioritized, which can be frustrating.

Locally in the opposite, I know how often residents visit these dieucks, but I am always surprised how dirty the place is and how unprofessional the staff are. how is it such a vowel point of the community when the staff rarly used away cups and teller left on tables, or sweep the floors of crumbs, serviettes and dust. while I was served, all the staff behind the bar talked very long with a customer (which must be a friend or regular) the relevant customer stood up all the time before the bar area, blocking the staff many employees seem very young and I did not see that a senior member works to motivate employees to do something different than to make drinks. I visited during a quiet time of the day and it was shocking to see how little cleaning was done during this time, receptively superior to how dirty the whole place was. there were dusty subtenders many of the tables, serviettes and food claws everywhere and yet all the 2 hours I was here, I only saw that a worker left the bar area to cleanse. the one positive I would give is my coffee was delicious. but I couldn't really enjoy the drink because of the unacceptable dirt and hygiene standards that the young person had.
