Unfortunately, I found her atti... read more I recently stayed at your hotel for work purposes and had the opportunity to interact with one of your staff members, Miss Neha. Unfortunately, I found her attitude and body language to be lacking. She did not exhibit the welcoming and hospitable demeanor one would expect from a hotelier. Additionally, she did not offer a welcome drink to guests. In terms of the rooms, I would give a rating of 5. The service, however, was disappointing and would only receive a rating of 1. The location of the hotel is decent, receiving a rating of 3. Overall, the hotel offers great value despite the shortcomings in service and staff attitude.

The hospitality and service were top-notch. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the room decor. It created a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day of exploring Jaipur.
