Paying $42 for three meals is unreasonable. The food was not worth the price. The French fries were bland and required ketchup to make them tasty. The burgers lacked enough mayo and ketchup, and had a minimal amount of bacon. I was disappointed with my $14 burger and did not even finish it. I am a 17-year-old who rarely leaves reviews, so this is not just a complaint from a middle-aged customer. I do not recommend Wendy's.
I usually only leave positive reviews, but there are two things that have really bothered me lately. Firstly, businesses that refuse to accept deals, coupons, or rewards, even when they provide good products and friendly service. It can be frustrating when you try to use a coupon or deal and are met with a flat refusal without any explanation. Secondly, my recent experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The drive-thru attendant was unsure about honoring a coupon that I found online, and after checking with her manager, she simply said "no" without any further explanation. The food we ordered was not up to par - old nuggets, fries, and a burger with too much lettuce. The frostys were not filled to the top and they did have Dr. Pepper despite initially saying they didn't. Overall, it was a mediocre experience with doubled prices and reduced quality compared to previous visits. It's a shame to see unsatisfied customers leading to unhappy employees, resulting in poor service and food quality. I hope the management at Wendy's takes note and improves the overall experience for their customers and employees.
The service was awful. They forgot to give us straws, napkins, sauce, and even served us the wrong sandwich.
