Pasta with cream sauce and squid. The creamy sauce is not homogeneous it has already gone in flakes, apparently overheated or added something sour, it would fit for a canteen, for an Italian cafe, which has excellent ratings, no. In general, the level of the establishment is immediately clear from pasta with cream sauce, which I told the waitress about even before ordering the dish. The squid is overcooked and in general, for me, it is so half dead and already dry. The pasta itself is cooked without a drop of salt and not al dante. I admit that in Chita they don’t know what the sauce and squid and pasta should be like. I ate, paid, but I understood that this was not it, there should not be a dish in a cafe of this quality. Called the administrator. She did not understand my sadness about the heterogeneity of the sauce, which should be smooth apparently she does not know what happens differently , but she reacted correctly she offered a drink or dessert to choose from to restore my spiritual balance. I chose dessert. They brought me a lemon tart, the cheapest dessert on the menu. But...lemon tart is my favorite cake! I taste it everywhere I can, from reputable restiks, patisseries, to buffets in museums. So this one was the worst tart from my experience, how can I make a LEMON tart cloyingly sweet, I xs, shortbread dough is also not crumbly. I summarize that they simply cook in this institution only satisfactorily. Сливочный соус не однородный уже пошел хлопьями, видимо перегрели или добавили что то кислое, для столовки бы сгодилось, для итальянского кафе, у которого отличные оценки, нет. Вообще по пасте со сливочным соусом сразу понятен уровень заведения, о чем я и сказала официантке ещё до заказа блюда. Кальмар переварен и вообще по мне так полудохлый и уже сухой. Сами макароны сварены без капли соли и не аль данте. Допускаю, что в Чите не знают каким должен быть соус и кальмар, и макароны. Я съела, заплатила, но понимала, что вот не то, не должно быть блюдо в кафе такого качества. Призвала администратора. Моей печали она не поняла по поводу неоднородности соуса, который должен быть гладким видимо и не знает, что бывает по другому , но отреагировала правильно предложила напиток или десерт на выбор для восстановления моего душевного баланса. Я выбрала десерт. Принесли мне лимонный тарт самый дешёвый десерт, что был в меню. Но...лимонный тарт это вообще мой любимый торт! Я дегустирую его везде, где только можно, начиная от рестиков с репутацией, кондитерских, заканчивая буфетами в музеях. Так вот этот был худший тарт из моего опыта, как можно сделать ЛИМОННЫЙ тарт приторно сладким я хз, песочное тесто тоже не рассыпчатое. Резюмирую, что просто готовят в этом заведении всего лишь удовлетворительно. А учитывая мои личные впечатления и вкусовые ощущения, больше, чем на 2 звёзды из сочетания цена качество не тянет.

A wonderful place. Very, very cozy. The staff is polite and attentive. The cuisine is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it!

Very beautiful café, clean. I haven't tasted pizza that delicious anywhere else.

I often come here. The food is always delicious. The chefs do a great job. The atmosphere is cozy.

We visited this restaurant twice during the last trip to chita together with local colleagues. we enjoyed eating and the atmosphere is very nice and trendy place and the staff is very friendly and energetic. both everything that the restaurant celebrated 2 years, organized a few nice little nibbles like free dishes of liqueur, cakes and spotlotterie for all guests. well done and much luck.
