However, the woman who prepared the sandwiches, whose name I believe was Sue, could use some improvement in terms of customer service. She made snarky remarks and used profanity, which is not what customers want to experience when they're already feeling hungry.

They either didn't have any bread or were closed due to a shortage of one thing or another. What a frustrating situation!
