Mcdonald's - Chisholm

They were great last night. I was on my motorcycle and was caught in the rain.. stopped to wait the storm outside and the staff saw me coming and held the door, so I could bring out the rain faster to dry towel with.very nice crew

What I like about McDonalds is that they're fast. I ordered the number 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin meal with a coffee. It's a hit or miss when I get good service here. I understand that the goal is to lose time, but customer service is lost. End of conversation “is it?” “Is that it” with an rude tone does not want me to come back, but rather end something in an upbeat posture “will that your order is completed” keeps me back.

There is always a long line on the drive thru and there is no in-restaraunt service, so we rarely go to McDonald's. Tonight we stopped getting a Happy Meal for our 4 year old granddaughter. We waited a long time. Apart from a vehicle that has to eat for the city, waiting was much less than expected. The service was good with polite young employees who wish us a good evening. We were satisfied with our experience.
