When the big day arrived, sean and the young had covered everything. the canapés were unrealistic and the main meal was to die! I had never cooked bark ribs on this level of perfection, they were nothing short of spectacular. we would recommend them for their next event because we would set them 100% again! these bark ribs?

Their highly skilled pitmasters produced the most amazing slow cooked pulled pork lamb, sliced beef brisket, along with smoked chicken. Our guests could not stop raving about the quality and flavour of the meat. The highlight was definately the beef brisket. We would highly recommend Smoking Gun BBQ for any party will be using them again.
