We weren't offered any alternatives, and when we inquired, we... read more The experience was average. The staff picked up our order without discussing any options with us. We weren't offered any alternatives, and when we inquired, we were told it was our responsibility to specify what we wanted. As a result, we received the standard toppings, which included pickles, garlic, and salad tomatoes. The sandwich was overloaded with pickles and had insufficient meat to balance it out. I won’t be returning.

The garlic sauce is delicious, not overly spicy, and the charcoal chicken is incredibly juicy. Although the restaurant is a bit tucked away, the staff is very friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty. Rating: Food 5/5, Service 4/5, Atmosphere 3/5.
