After a long 16-hour workday, I just wanted something quick and simple before heading back to my B&B for another busy day. I decided to use the drive-thru, which turned out to be my first mistake. I barely had time to pull in before the line came to a standstill, trapping me in. It took a frustrating 25 minutes to finally reach the pickup window. When I got my burger, it was cold, and they were out of milkshakes. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent and unbothered. I definitely won’t be in a hurry to return to this McDonald's!
When we visited and placed our order on the touch screen device, certain items were marked unavailable. This can be common which is acceptable. However while waiting the 45 minutes for our order it became apparent that there was an issue with fizzy drinks they were flat. Insted of making them unavailable the staff manager decided to continue serving drinks and charging people for them which I find unacceptable! Upon receiving our order, drinks were flat and tings were missing from order was a shambles didn't get what I paid for will not be going back.

Dreadful. No manager on shift, it seemed. Queues everywhere. App not working. People requesting refunds because they'd waited so long. Very poor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
