Such a lovely addition to the mecure ho... read more I recently had the pleasure of attending the launch of platform 818 and with such a unique space you can see the appeal. Such a lovely addition to the mecure hotel and it’s all about the qaulity Australian dishes highball cocktails. I love how the space opens up for the breakfast lunch time buffet, and later block out blinds come down to cover the arches and transform the space into a more intimate dining room for dinner time.
