Super fresh fish and shellfish simply prepared with immaculate timing. The whole range of shrimp is too die for with ‘Alistados’ the undisputed top of the line, even better than the deep red Carabineros or the succulent Gambas Huelva. In season also ‘ventresca’, the fatty belly of the Blue Fin tuna. All around the world sold in tiny slices as Toro, here grilled in large slabs and served with tomato salad. Short and appropriate wine list. I’ve been here more than 10 times and was never disappointed. Out of season lunch only. Expect to spend €50 a head, if you’re going all out.
