I suggest the management either provide better training for the staff or consider placing them in different positions; everyone deserves a job, but they need help understanding proper customer service. They are reaping the consequences of their actions. If the owners are reading this, I would invite them to dine elsewhere to see how customer experience can be improved, as it really matters. The place is definitely not great. I used to come here often, but after my last visit, I have no plans to return. I was there last night, and they advertised that they closed at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:20 and ordered my food to go. The guy told me to wait outside. When I asked for sauce after waiting until 8:49, he informed me they were out of it. That was frustrating enough, but when I opened my meal later, the food was still pink inside! I understand it's close to closing time, but I made an effort to get there well before they shut down. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I absolutely won’t be coming back. It's just unacceptable!
This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called thirty minutes before closing and was put on hold for ten minutes, only to be told by the woman on the line that they don't take phone orders within twenty minutes of closing. I reminded her that she had kept me waiting for ten minutes and that I had called within their timeframe. She then mentioned she would need to check with her manager. When she came back, the manager said no initially, but then the woman informed me it depended on how far away I was. I told her I was a maximum of fifteen minutes away and that it seemed pointless for her to keep going back and forth to ask her manager. Eventually, I asked her how long it typically takes to fulfill an order if I had called earlier, and she said fifteen minutes. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize decent customer service here. If I could give negative stars, I would. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Save your time and look elsewhere.
The service is terrible, there was an Asian bank that visited me and he was terrible. rude, short and did not even understand me. I asked about hotter sauce and he said this is all we have. I asked him if he could not have any more and he said no. That's ridiculous. I always came to this place while I'm going to do my business somewhere else.
Service is very bad. I ordered 5 plates to go. He handed me the order packaged with a bag. I asked for sauce and plates, but he refused to give me an extra bag.
