Pop Pot Tea - Chino
Pop Pot Tea
Description
This cozy hot-pot spot delivers soul-warming bowls—satay beef, mushroom, sour cabbage, pumpkin and vegetable broths—served piping hot with generous portions, tasty appetizers and sweet milk tea. Friendly, attentive staff guide first-timers and ensure orders meet expectations, making it ideal for cold nights and group visits.
Some items (fried tofu, stinky tofu, certain sausages) can disappoint, and opening hours may be inconsistent—call ahead. Overall, hearty comfort food, warm service and a few menu tweaks would elevate an already satisfying experience.

Feedback
Compared with the main store, there is a significant gap in food quality and quantity.
The chef is very friendly, and the employees are incredibly welcoming. They ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, and that your soup meets your expectations. The customer service is excellent, and the food is delicious. The vegetable soup has a wonderful flavor and a nice kick to it, while the pumpkin soup is also delightful and comes in generous portions. Having plenty of vegetables is definitely a plus. The appetizers are tasty, so make sure to try them all! On a side note, while you wait for your hot pot, you can explore the nearby Cravings grocery store and check out the surrounding vendors. The young lady who works there is really nice too!
Got the satay beef hot pot. It arrived boiling to my table on a cold winter day. The delicious steam warmed my soul. So many treats in the bowl to enjoy, even quail egg!! Good to the last simmering drop, I wanted to drink the whole bowl. I already can't wait for our next visit.
