What Joe Garber doesn't like about Hottinger Family Meats:
Hello all hope this gets to the processing crew. Recently i had a hog processed by this place. The cuts are perfect and the smoked bacon and ham off the charts but unfortunately my wife and i were eating breakfast and had some of the sausage which far exceeds store bought. The issue was my wife chipped her tooth on a piece of metal from the grinder. Not a game changer but i am a little upset by this to say the least.... View all feedback. My son had the chicken with Santa Maria marinade with salad Brussels sprouts today, I thought he was going to give me a hard time about dinner, he turned at us and said “This chicken is better than chicken nuggets!” Two hours later, he’s still raving about how great the chicken is.
