They alway... read more This location is always disappointing. I pay so much for extra meat and they still never seem to give me the extra when ordering online or in person. They always forget items and the service is always lacking. Seems like it’s a bunch of young people that couldn’t care less about helping people out. The guy got an attitude last time when I asked him to give me my full scoop of chicken and rice like they’re supposed to. It’s too expensive for the lack of service and the small portion sizes they give now.

They weren 't... read more Made eye contact multiple times with several employees AND THE MANAGER while I waited to pick up my order that was just sitting on their counter. They weren 't busy, just collectively chose to ignore me while they chatted with one another. When I got home I found that my kids quesadilla was just 2 empty, cold tortillas. And my extra lettuce bowl didn 't have much lettuce. All food was cold despite me arriving earlier than the scheduled time to pick up. Very disappointed. I 've been to this location so many times and have never had an experience this terrible.

The girl that helped me Elexus sh... read more I went into this location today on 12/02/ 23 at 11 o'clock. I love this new crew. They were so friendly and very professional. The girl that helped me Elexus she was very friendly. She told me she was new. I really couldn't tell. She was trained very well. I hope to see more of this crew I like them made me feel very welcome and I wanted to come back. Great job great service
