The man with glasses working at 12:15 on sunday november 25 had horrible customer service asked him a simple question about if they still had a drink i liked and responded sarcastically saying we haven't had that in 2 years also the food took long for it to taste horrible

Horrible service forgot tomato in my sandwich and Mayo instead of remaking it they gave me a side.

Came here on two separate occasions each time ordering 3 meals. Both times I asked for ranch and honey mustard. Maria Told me that I can only have two sauces per order. Not per meal but per ORDER! I ordered 3 meals. She ended up charging me per each sauce But never put the money in the register. The next day my supervisor went to order food at jacks for everyone, and for ALL of our food, she only gave him 2 ranch 's total. Told him he had to pay for more for SEVERAL MEALS. She 's honestly so rude it 's not even funny. Also when I paid her the 75 cents for 3 more sauces she never put it into the register not was there a receipt.This jacks never used to be like this and it 's also a problem I have when I visit only this specific location. I tried to fill out the email survey a week ago but they never responded. Also if you 're charging 4 bucks for sauced and loaded potato wedges they should probably be sauced and loaded I guess what I 'm saying is you should probably bring your own sauce and order every item separate because Maria is putting her blood sweat and tears into making the sauce in the back and she doesn 't want anyone to actually enjoy their food.
