Bj's Brewhouse Chino Hills

Our server was great and friendly. Our food came out quickly, hot, and the taste was excellent. thank you!

My food came out 5-10 minutes before the rest of the tables. The drinks were full of ice and very little actual cocktail. Our waitress was very nice and thorough but food took too long to come out and should always all be served together.

We had a great meal and enjoyed ourselves. Little things like having food go cold waiting for ketchup,ranch dressing and hot sauce is easily fixed and would be appreciated if server anticipated these request based on customer history. Also one dish didn't come out till we were halfway done. Server was pleasant but had many tables and kitchen was very far from our table

We still had to wait even though we had reservations. There was no difference making a reservation.

Arrived early with not all guests but was seated anyway which allowed us to visit and order drinks. When waiters switched shifts mid-meal made a concerted effort to be sure all our needs were understood and accommodated. Food was delicious hot and served fairly quickly exactly as ordered. After paying bill, we stayed longer to finish or visiting and weren’t rushed out to clear our table.
