Positive review because it is a rare gem in town. One of the very few vegetarian alternatives and the generous portions nice flavour vs good price is well on the satisfactory range. No complaints on this front. Yet, they are mostly prepared for their daily menus: they offer one salad, one entry out of two options, one main dish out of two options, and a drink for 10 nuevos soles, average price in the area, and an indicator of how good is Peru for food! If you want something else, then they will offer the printed menu but not all options are available. So best is to arrive early, by 1pm, so you can get one of the daily options. Also, they are short on personnel, with just one person serving the tables. Expext some delays. And, there you go, another reason to arrive early and avoid delays. Quiet place, good food, respectful people, and friendly with children. A good option to alternate the delicious ceviche, seafood and cabrito frejoladas in their various presentations available all the time in Chimbote.
Very nice place with outdoor seating and a haute-cuisine-style presentation. Almuerzo was ten soles for Ensalada, Entrada, Segunda and tea. I asked if everything was vegan and she said they used eggs occasionally.
