As a beer enthusiast, I went to the espace Chimay to learn about the history and brewing process of these lovely Trappist beers. The museum is a little small but it was interesting. Completed by a small tasting it’s worth while going here. The monastery itself is accessible, but the brewery is not accessible (for good reasons) unfortunately Location: 5 View all feedback.

Two weeks ago reservation for a cheese fee; no problem that this one isn't on the menu, which is only because the fondue is only available in the low season. 550 miles of driving, which was a little odd, but that was a change of plans that made me no longer around to hear there was no cheesefondue and we could get a pot of chaude instead of our spare. 2 days of magical atmosphere service of impeccable politeness
Very good reception. We took two kinds of pies, a slice of old chimera with bread. all accompanied by good beers. Very nice place.
