I've ordered delivery from Kaya several times and have also dined in the restaurant, and I've always been quite impressed. However, today has been a different experience. My meal is more than an hour late (as I write this) and has still not arrived. When I called to inquire about it, the person on the other end shouted at me in a language I couldn't understand. The tone was unfriendly, and they hung up on me. Overall, the service today has been disappointing.
