I wish I could give this restaurant a zero-star review! I ordered through Just Eat, but after an hour of trying to contact the restaurant, I was told they were not responsible for the problem. The food arrived very late, cold, and inedible. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I threw it straight in the trash, but the owner seemed unconcerned as he already had my money from Just Eat. The restaurant was very loud, with children running around everywhere. We waited 25 minutes before we were even given a menu, and ultimately didn't get to enjoy our meal. It was a disappointing way to spend a Saturday night.
A lovely 3 course meal , all you can eat , plentiful , tasty , great value for money, friendly staff , surroundings pretty with tropical fish, beautiful, parking at front , definitely be returning, many thanks x
The food and service at the Kaya in the Chalfont’s was ok and the staff were very friendly , but there were disappointments. We asked for tap water to take some tablets. It was like they hadn’t bothered to run the tap. Tasted warm but didn’t ask for ice. My soup was cold in parts so had to stir it. The duck pancakes split, so made eating them was incredibly messy. They were not busy, but we will restrict our visits to lunchtimes and take aways in future. Have really enjoyed some visits in the past but is not a local restaurant, but the only Malaysian I know of. The menu is extensive and the food is good.

The customer service was extremely poor! I attempted to place an order, but the staff member completely ignored me while repeatedly answering phone calls. He didn't even acknowledge my presence, so I ended up leaving and definitely will not be coming back. Service rating: 1.
