Variety of veggies along with rice and beans. They had all the sauces from mild to hot. I would highly recommend this place for both taste, freshness, and value for money!The servers were very accomodative in taking care of our veggie customizations.Vegetarian options: Blu Taco can be customized to the vegetarian version. Not only do they have the standard gas station items like sodas, candy, and beef jerky, they also have a variety of hot foods to go: Champs Chicken, Blue Taco, and Hangar Pizza. They even carry some fancy desserts to-go like butterscotch pudding and tapioca pudding. Their motto should be Come here to eat and get gas . Har...har...There are non-food items too, like blankets, pillows, and chargers.
