This restaurant has really declined over the years! Three years ago, it was fantastic, but now it's quite disappointing. They often forget to include items in my order, and I've just decided to stop going.

Waste of money, the food isn’t delicious, oily and very small portion compare to the price you pay.

Bad costumer service! The lady that took my order was mean not professional at all! We requested to talk to a manager and she said somebody at the store was the manager, which was false. I would like to the manager

This place once used to be great when they first opened but now everything has changed. The customer service changed the food changed it’s just sad. The food taste bad now I ordered macaroni and cheese and the cheese look like it was straight up water just disgusting. When I first arrived no one was at the front. Then I noticed you had to ring a bell in order for them to service you. This place went from pollo oro to pollo garbage.
