My favorite place in Chilliwack! Live music every evening they are open, and it's really good curated artists from all over the country. The food is delicious in any case for the pizza night, and try each of their smoked specialities! They also throw big events, festivals, etc. Totally sweet place outside the city! View all feedback.
Tractorgrease, you never cease to impress me! Nestled in the Chilliwack River Valley, you offer fantastic live music, delicious food, excellent drinks, and a genuinely authentic Canadian experience. Please, keep up the great work! Your business is bound to thrive once Uber arrives!
Finding a reason to be near this place seemed nearly impossible at first, but dropping the kids off at camp in Hope became our excuse! My husband was very skeptical when I had him leave Highway 1 and venture into the heart of Chilliwack. On arrival, seeing a packed parking lot in what felt like the middle of nowhere on a cold February night, he exclaimed, "It looks like a biker bar! What have you gotten us into?!?" But his doubts vanished as soon as we stepped inside. We were welcomed like old friends in this small, cozy, authentic space. The service was excellent, the beer was great, and the food, while limited, was fabulous. I found myself wondering why I don't live right next door! And the open mic night? Simply amazing. You really need to find a reason to visit this place!
I just had my first visit to this restaurant, and I am truly impressed! The food, staff, and atmosphere were all fantastic. This definitely won't be my last visit. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're missing out on a great experience. I saw Wil in the studio, and the sound and party vibe were amazing. He’s an energetic and talented entertainer. The warm-up entertainers (staff) were also fantastic. I can't wait to go back!
I have changed my review to add that Tractor Grease has quickly addressed this concern I had last night- This reflects their care for customers and how they want to fix any issues- thanks!!! Past review- I ordered a soggy, tasteless poutine that was $12.00 and not only did the server avoid asking me about how the the food was or inquire why I didn’t eat it, he also didn’t ask if I wanted it packed up. I felt jipped off and it was hard to enjoy the evening, especially after paying another $12.00 cover fee for a live band (which by the way, I did enjoy).
My wife and myself have visited Tractor grease Cafe on three occasions this year. Each visit has been a total pleasure, a great mix of good food, good beer and best of all good music all in an intimate setting. No doubt we will be calling in again before too long.
