my daughter went into order the pizza and came out and said it would be 30mins, I went in to have it delivered to our hotel but it was going to be 30mins as the driver had just left, the nice lady made it right away so we only had to wait 15 min so it was fast and she was great , the pizza was hot and tasty View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Ordered the pizza special...buy a regular pizza and get the next one for $5 at 5:15 pm. Our pizzas were delivered an hour later cold and burned! Also very skimpy on the toppings! Phoned the call centre (could not get through to the store) and they said they would send a replacement.....waited an hour and 20 minutes....no pizza. Phoned the call centre again (still couldn't get through to the store) and waited on hold... View all feedback.

Ordered pizza with the $5.00 promotion. Our order was delivered exactly as estimated. Food was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Good pizza at a decent price, if you get a special. Delivery is a bit high, but I guess they all are. Friendly service.
We had some family over on Christmas Eve so we ordered 3 pizzas and 40 boneless wings. Everything was hot and delicious. The service was prompt, less than 45 minutes, and the young lady that delivered our meal was very pleasant and polite. What more could you ask for?
